PPI Forums work with all sectors of the community to find out what people really think about health in their local areas.   The co-ordinator of the local forum had identified a number of different training needs for herself as well as her team.  After completing a number of McCrudden Training workshops held at Eastbourne Association of Voluntary Services, the PPI Forms co-ordinator contacted our training team directly.

Their requirement centred around intermediate level training in Microsoft Excel for two of the staff.  McCrudden training explored with the Forum co-ordinator their precise training needs and developed a training package specifically to their needs.  The half-day bespoke training was delivered to two members of the team, and McCrudden Training developed and supplied a practical workbook to support the workshop.

Then one-to-one training was undertaken with the co-ordinator to develop her skills and confidence in public speaking.  The bespoke training enabled her to develop her skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and give confident presentations about the project.

And if there were any questions after the training, the PPI Forum team, knew that they only had to email McCrudden Training.
