The Theatrical Managers Association TMA contacted McCrudden Training in relation to their 2007 annual conference in Birmingham. Much of the theatrical work that goes on in the UK is supported volunteers. TMA’s members had been asking for advice on Volunteer Management, and this is where McCrudden Training came in. Nicola McCrudden, an experience conference speaker was asked to give 45 a keynote speech.
McCrudden Training also designed and delivered a 50 minute workshop for conference delegates including a number of practical activities that supported the brief volunteer management training that they delivered.
TMA are currently looking to secure McCrudden Training’s involvement in future national conferences.
