3VA wanted to re-establish a successful training programme of open courses, accessible to all their members. McCrudden training was only too happy to help with the provision of quality short courses at affordable rates. We started by offering occasional workshops in Mastering Meeting Minutes and over the last few years have worked with 3VA to build up a popular programme of training.
McCrudden Training now designs and delivers around a dozen courses a year. As well as responding to requests for specific topics, McCrudden Training are equally happy to use their own experience to suggest new themes. We now provide training and all course materials for courses such as First Aid, Planning and Running Meetings, Dealing with Difficult People, Managing Volunteers and a whole lot more.
As the popularity of the 3VA training programme has grown, McCrudden Training has extended its role. We now offer bespoke training to members, and have provide training workshops through a number of other CVSs in the South East Region.
