Developing Duty Managers for Fife District Council

As part of their restructure and desire to increase support to staff, Fife District Council were looking for training tailored to the needs of their leisure management staff. They were looking for a CPD course that would be relevant to all managers with varying levels of knowledge and experience.
McCrudden Training discussed their needs over the phone and developed a set of objectives and an outline for a one-day workshop that we thought might suit the needs of the Council. In discussion with senior managers these were polished and agreed and then McCrudden Training designed the course and all course materials that would support the training.
The training, delivered at one of the Fife Leisure Centre’s was so well received that McCrudden Training were later approached by the Council about additional training in Customer Service Skills.
