Coaching Services

Coaching helps people improve their careers and develop their skills through guidance, support and encouragement.  The coaching provided by McCrudden Training is not coaching in the purest sense of the word, but a blend of the best elements of a range of development techniques.  We can provide a range of generic and specialist coaching services.  Our coaches have experience across a range of sectors including statutory agencies and the voluntary / charity sector.

Coaching involves directing, instructing and training an individual to help them achieve a specific goal or develop specific skills to advance their career and grow their confidence.
McCrudden Training offers a unique blended coaching format which combines the best elements of coaching, mentoring and instruction.  We believe that coaching is best delivered on a one-to-one basis and in person – so at the moment this service is offered exclusively within the South East region.

Specialist Packages

Trainer Coaching – standard package: Trainers looking to develop their skills and enhance their confidence might consider a package of one-to-one sessions with a coach with extensive training experience.  Sessions will focus on building confidence to deliver training only.

Trainer Coaching – premier package: The premier package offers an additional one-to-one sessions that not only cover the delivery of training, but the planning and development of training workshops.  In addition, your coach will observe you in action – giving you focus feedback on your training style.  This coaching package is delivered by a coach with extensive training experience.

Volunteer Management Coaching – standard package: The standard coaching package for volunteer managers includes a set number of one-to-one sessions with a coach experienced in working within the sector and in managing volunteers.

Generic Coaching Services

If you are looking for more general coaching to help you achieve a career goal or build your confidence, McCrudden Training can provide generic coaching on-site at your workplace for a set hourly rate.
