Training Package Development

At McCrudden Training we like to be as flexible as possible in the support that we offer our clients to provide quality training for their staff.  If you have staff in-house who can deliver training, but want support to develop a bespoke course of your own – we can do just that.

Our certified and experienced trainers will work closely with you to understand your exact needs, and once we’ve agreed some objectives with you, we’ll then develop a full training course for you.  The package you’ll receive will contain all the resources you’ll need to get your course up and running.  We’ll even talk your trainers through the workshop details step-by-step.

And it’s not as expensive as you might think.  McCrudden Training can conduct a full evaluation of project or service against its identified outcomes.  We can provide a researcher to collect and analyse data and report back, or use data you have already gathered as the basis of a report.
