Recognised for quality: LPI accredited training providers

Since it was founded in 2005, McCrudden Training has been on a mission to make ‘great training, great fun’.  To recognise the ‘great training’ aspect of their beliefs, we are proud to announce that we have successfully achieved status of Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) accredited training providers.

The LPI is one of the foremost accreditation bodies in the UK learning and development industry.  They seek to raise quality across the sector and recognise quality by bench marking training providers against a robust framework, and McCrudden Training is delighted to have been accredited for their training delivery.

Nicky McCrudden, MD of Sussex-based trainers McCrudden Training comments, “We passionately believe that training should be both fun and highly effective.  We work hard to ensure that the techniques we use to deliver learning are engaging and entertaining, however, as much as our learning events are fun, we believe in academic rigour and high quality training.  We have a strict policy for the recruitment of trainers and will only work with true experts in their field.  We consistently monitor the quality of training delivery and continually strive to improve our ‘behind the scenes’ services for clients. I’m delighted that McCrudden Training has been awarded the status of LPI accredited training providers.”

Accredited organisations undergo a detailed, independent accreditation process that looks at their business from every angle and the LPI website provides a portal for those looking to buy quality learning solutions.

“Achieving this LPI accredited provider status demonstrates our commitment to professional development and providing the highest standard of learning solutions. It means that our current and future clients can be assured of a high quality training and abides by the Institute’s code of conduct” adds Nicky.
