New CSR policy for McCrudden Training
Multi-award winning McCrudden Training is excited to announce the launch of our new corporate social responsibility programme aimed directly at supporting the third sector. Under the new policy businesses will be able to nominate charities that they would like to see receiving free training.
From this month, businesses booking an in-house course will receive an e-voucher that can be donated to any not-for-profit group. The voucher will entitle the charity to a position on one of our open courses. So as well as obtaining top quality training for their own staff, businesses can also help charities to access free training.
In launching this new initiative, our director Nicky McCrudden commented “we have always prided ourselves on providing low cost training services for voluntary groups, doing pro bono work and organising events for charities. We’re also proud of our dedication to developing local businesses, providing them with tools and training to take their work to the next level. We believe that communities grow through co-operation, dialogue and interaction and with this initiative we hope to strengthen the bonds between the private sector and local community groups.”
Access free training for charities
By simply booking a course of at least six hours with McCrudden Training, you’ll be able to choose a charity to benefit from our services, allowing them to send one member on any of our open courses, where they can improve their skills or learn entirely new ones; whether it’s first aid training, fire safety, public speaking or bid writing training, they’ll get access to our expert training team completely free of charge.
This exciting new CSR policy will reward local voluntary organisations with the training that they need, while also allowing organisations to support the voluntary sector at no cost to themselves.
To be part of this fantastic initiative, contact McCrudden Training now to start giving while you train.
