for more McCrudden Trainers

McCrudden Training is continuing to grow and we need to extend our friendly team of self-employed trainers/consultants.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right people, with the right knowledge and experience to become part of a successful and growing training company.

Our trainers are part of the team, so aside from offers of work, you can expect to be invited along to trainer events, game playing sessions as well as Christmas celebrations.

Could you be a McCrudden Trainer?

You’ll know instantly!  You’ll have fairly recent subject matter expertise, and an insatiable appetite for learning (and possibly chocolate); but most importantly – you’ll love to play games, enjoy meeting new people and love helping people develop.

You don’t have to be an experienced or certified trainer, just have a genuine passion for your niche topic! We’ll teach you all you need to know about our house-style of training delivery. Right now, we’re really interested in your subject knowledge/experience and your personality.

What are we looking for?

Well, our focus is across the South East corner – so we’re looking for people who can deliver training across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, London and into Hampshire.

We’re open to suggestions of topics you could deliver, but to complement our existing team and client base we’re particularly keen to hear from you if you have a depth of expertise in:

  • Compliance courses
    • Health & Safety,
    • Manual Handling,
    • Fire Safety,
    • Data Protection,
    • Lone Working etc
  • Project management (PRINCE II, ITIL or AGILE)
  • Continuous improvement methodologies
  • EQ, mindfulness, resilience
  • NLP, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Change management
  • Performance management
  • HR Topics
  • Conflict
  • Leadership
  • Team building

What we’re not looking for are ‘generalist trainers’ (people who teach a very broad range of topics to an introductory level); experienced trainers with a strong view on how training should be delivered (unless of course they love brain-friendly learning as much as we do); or people who feel uncomfortable being the centre of attention.

Have we got you interested? (And key dates)

We have a structured recruitment process for finding the right people, who’s skills we can sell and who will enjoy our approach to training and business.

If you think you’d like to join our merry band, then simply email your CV along with 200-300 words explaining why you love learning, and why you’re interested in working with us, to Sarah Best – sarah@mccrudden-training.co.uk no later than close of play on Friday 4 May, 2018.

We’ll invite those we think could fit our business to come and meet us on Monday 14 May in Haywards Heath, assuming we like each other – we ask all new trainers to attend a one-day induction programme on Monday 11 June in Eastbourne.  (Sorry no alternative dates can be offered.)
