Do you have the X-Pert Factor?

As our business grows, we need to expand our pool of self-employed Associates/Trainers.  This is a great opportunity for the right people, with the right industry experience to become part of a successful and growing training company.

Experience not required!

Because of our unique approach to training, we are not necessarily looking for trainers.  The associates we work with have in-depth expertise in a particular area and recent/relevant industry experience (in other words people who’ve understand the talk and have walked it too!).

You’d recognise a McCrudden Trainer because they have enthusiasm for their subject knowledge, experience and a certain ‘ju ne se qua’ .

Because of our specific brand, we really looking for knowledgeable people, with an interest in training.  As part of our recruitment and induction, we’ll teach you all you need to know about ‘brain-friendly training’.

What next?

We are holding an Associate Trainer Training day, on Tuesday 2 June 2015.  The fee to attend this day is £99+VAT.

We make a charge for our Associate Trainer Induction days because ultimately, those who attend benefit in developing their training style regardless of whether they go on to work directly with us. However, we will not be taking just anyone who wants to learn about training, we’re looking for people who’s skills we believe we have the best chance of ‘selling’.  We’re particularly interested in meeting people from across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London with the following backgrounds/expertise:

  • Project / Programme Management
  • Lean / Six Sigma (Manufacturing experience)
  • Leadership and Management (theory and practice) – especially in large corporates and manufacturing companies
  • HR legislation and policy
  • Sales for non-sales people
  • Finance for non-finance people
  • Customer service – front line/strategy
  • Fire safety

We’re not really looking for people who’d see themselves as ‘generalist trainers’ (teaching a range of topics to an intermediate level); experienced trainers with strong views on training delivery (unless of course they love brain-friendly learning); or people who’d feel uncomfortable using games and challenges to teach adults.
