Health & Safety and First Aid Training
We run affordable first aid training and health and safety courses in Eastbourne in a venue easily accessible from Uckfield, Brighton, Hailsham, Seaford, Hastings, and Bexhill. Our delegate fee includes full colour workshop manual, all refreshments and lunch, and 3 months unlimited email support after the course – so if you forget to ask a question on the day, or you look back on your notes and can’t decipher what they meant – just drop us a line!

Management Training for Sussex
Our multi-award winning leadership and management training is now available as part of an open programme of leadership training. The Management Conservatory comprises of 4 training days held at a central Sussex venue, and is punctuated with self-directed study. This rolling 3 year programme covers personal confidence and capacity (year 1), organisational effectiveness (year 2) and strategic and business planning (year 3).

Whether you’re a manager dealing with staff; colleagues struggling to work together, or front line staff coping with members of the public – most of us struggle to deal with challenging behaviour at some point or another.
This fun, and lively, one-day workshop will help you to understand where difficult behaviour comes from and the steps you can take to reduce the chances of it happening. We’ll teach you some simple techniques for handling difficult behaviour if you are faced with it, and explore your natural response when faced with conflict.
