Step 1: individual assessments. Based on what you want your business to get out of the day, we’ll select assessments for your team to complete before the retreat.
Step 2: team retreat. Our expert consultants will deliver engaging training drawing upon our extensive knowledge of team and communication theories to give you team knowledge of how teams function effectively. Armed with this new knowledge, we’ll send you off to translate your new knowledge into team working skills – the murder! Our murder mystery format has been customised to encourage your team to work together. But solving the murder isn’t your only challenge, you’ll be assessing your team working skills.
After the murderous lunch we’ll work with you to understand how you work together and what needs to happen next to make your team as effective in business as they can be.
Step 3: benefit your business. We’ll leave you with an action plan and assessment sheets for you to keep a check on how you team effectiveness progresses. We’ll even check up on your a few months after your treat to make sure your team benefited from the session.
