Effective Volunteer Management for Amnesty International UK Case Study
Amnesty International UK were seeking to offer CPD training for a group of their volunteer managers. They were referred to McCrudden Training by Volunteering England.
McCrudden Training visited the Amnesty International offices in London to discuss their needs and aims for the training. Based on the requirements set out by the management at A.I., McCrudden Training developed and agreed a full set of course objectives. From there we worked up a detailed plan for the 2-day workshop and developed all the course materials.
The training covered a range of themes around volunteer management, including Volunteers and Law, recruiting and motivating volunteers and dealing with problems. Feedback from workshop was extremely good.
