McCrudden Training has had a strong working relationship with the Institute for Sport, Parks, Amneties and Leisure (ISPAL) when the organisation was known as the Institute for Leisure and Amenity Management (ILAM).
ISPAL provide qualifications, CPD, training, career and job advice, a high tech and fast access information service, a regular publications. McCrudden Training have provided articles for their newsletters, we regularly offer workshops in ISPALs learning and development programme and provide training courses tailored to the needs of their members. This includes providing training and training materials in a wide range of workshop topics including support and development for Leisure Centre Duty Managers and Project Management workshops.
When ISPAL organised a national conference in Nottingham, McCrudden Training were one of the first to agree to deliver a conference workshop.
