"Mastering Meeting Minutes" is a half day workshop that explores the need for meeting notes, strategies for getting everything down and different formats for presenting minutes.
"Managing Meetings" looks at identifying a need to meet, agendas, time keeping and handling difficult attendees. It covers planning agendas, and handling difficult participants.
