Does it work?

You bet, or we wouldn’t do it.  There is a school of thought that says you can teach more by covering less.  So, our bite-size training events will leave your staff energised and with some key take away messages.  We’ll be honest though, you will lose something. As good as we are, we can’t yet bend time.  So to fit the topics into masterclasses, we don’t have as much practice time for skills rehearsal, or as much time for reflection, we’ll also have to pitch the level right for your staff.  All that’s do-able though.

Stand alone or build your own flexible programme:

Simply choose a masterclass topic and run it as a single bite-sized course or bolt it together with other learning tools to create a tailored programme.

One of our clients choose 6 masterclasses and ran one a month, combined with our action learning to develop your own internal development solution.

Another client wanted to improve managers conversation with staff.  Instead of the traditional ‘sheep-dip’ approach, we helped them to choose a number bite-sized workshops on communication and let managers select the topic that appealed to them most.  The result? No teaching grandmothers to suck eggs. Managers were able to access the topics that would benefit them the most and our client didn’t waste time and money training on the wrong topics.
