Emergency First Aid at Work

Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 requires employers to provide suitably trained personnel to make sure that assistance is given to staff if they are injured or become ill at work.  Workplace first aiders must have a valid certificate of competence (either Emergency First Aid at Work or First Aid at Work). Emergency First Aid at Work training courses are one-day first aid courses that enable a first aider to give emergency first aid and basic life support.

If your workplace is low-medium risk, it’s likely that the one day, emergency first aid course will be suitable for your staff.  If you’re unsure about the level of course you require – contact us (we’re happy to offer free, no obligation advice).

Our first aid training is approved by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB), meaning we deliver workplace Emergency First Aid at Work courses that comply with the HSE standards. Only have a small number of staff to train?  We run public first aid courses in East Sussex.

We would like to thank you and, in particular, Andrea for the First Aid Training. We found the session was incredibly empowering as new first aiders and was conducted in a professional manner. We will be sending further staff members to attend this course in the near future.
