Who is this course for?

Our one-day workshop in implementing change is perfect for any operational managers who are, or may be, asked to roll-out change in their teams and departments.  It’s the perfect introduction to those who are new to change, and will answer questions for those who’ve experienced difficulties in implementing change before.

The target audience of the course is primarily front-line, middle and operational managers, or influential team members.  Our Designing and Leading Change workshop is perfect for senior or strategic managers who are designing change initiatives.
