Implementing Change

Most organisations rely on their middle and front line managers to implement organisational change.  We believe that it’s these operational managers who have the hardest role in delivering change and yet can have the most significant impact on the success or failure of change initiatives.

We expect our front-line managers to be ready, willing and able to support their teams through organisational change.  Yet, if your operational managers aren’t equipped to deal with their own reactions to change, and clear about how they can influence others, then change initiatives become vulnerable.

If you’re keen to make sure that your organisational change doesn’t end up in the 70% of failed change programmes, then this course is the ideal way to support your front-line managers.
