This one-day course is ideal for anyone who needs to gain an understanding of the principles of leadership and core management tools. It’s the perfect introduction for new managers, first line managers, team leaders and supervisors, and those aspiring to leadership roles.
It also builds confidence and skills in experienced managers and team leaders, who have not yet received formal training and want to build their confidence or refresh their skills.
