Level 2 Food Safety Training Course

Introduction

Food Safety regulations require that if staff or volunteers at your charity or voluntary group handle food (including pre-packaged foods), they must receive appropriate training.

Failing to adequately train your staff or volunteers can lead to enforcement notices from your local environmental health dept, low food hygiene ratings and ultimately fines.

McCrudden Training offers a full range of food hygiene training and food safety courses.  We find most charities only need our Basic Food Safety Awareness or the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering course, we may recommend one member of your team completes our Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision in Catering open course.  Below are the details of our Level 2 course, please contact us to find our more about our Basic Food Safety workshop.
